Testimonial - City Council

Dear Sir

We had to find a better way of performing our daily IT checklist than logging on and checking event logs which was taking 2 - 2 1/2 hours daily. When I saw the Delta Solution in a magazine I thought it might have some applicability and I was right.

The installation of your service now sees me performing the same processes in as little as 1/2 an hour
a day and you've picked up and provided solutions for some issues on our system. For example:

  • You identified time server and MTB problems on the domain server that we have previously fixed but had been undone with a Microsoft patch. This allowed us to rectify this problem very quickly.
  • We used to have more than 40 alerts a day and dropped to 3 alerts a week within the first 10 days, which is a huge saving in time and effort for our IT Department and me in particular.
  • Our exchange server is so much more responsive. While it is subjective, I believe it is 30% faster and much easier to manage.
I'm really happy with the outcomes we've experienced in such a short time. It has been a good experience for myself and the Council.

Anyone that does not have their own IT team would benefit from what you do, even if they only had
one or two servers you would smooth out their processes and save them a lot of time.
